Labels
Labels are all around us but going to a dispensary, everything needs to go by the state compliance.
Dispensary Compliant Labels
Dispensaries supply labels are labels that go on your pop top bottles, reversible vials, pre-rolled packaging or J-tubes. The compliant labels are for compliance protection and provide all the information you need.
All labels should have a RX or green cross on it. They usually have three check boxes where you can check off whether it's an indica, sativa or hybrid. It also has a line where you can write the specific strain that you purchased. It will also give a line to write the amount of material provided, usually in grams.
Some labels are very simple. Larger CA compliance label stickers come with the following verbiage:
"In compliance with CA Prop 215 SB 420 Section 11362.5 and 11362.7 of HSC. Do not drive or operate heavy equipment. Keep out of reach of children. Unlawful to redistribute."
