What Types of Shipping Do You Offer?
It depends on where you are, but generally, we offer several shipping options, including standard ground shipping, expedited 2-day, and overnight shipping.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
It depends on what shipping option you choose, and where you live, but you can plan on about $20 for the standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping generally costs more. Call or email us directly if you have any questions about shipping to your area.
Why Isn’t It Free?
Free shipping is a myth: Believe it or not, the people who drive those delivery trucks have to get paid. Companies with “free shipping” have to raise their product prices to cover shipping costs. We don’t bother with that. We just charge what it costs to ship.
Will I Have to Sign for Delivery?
Yes. An adult (21 or over) will have to sign for each order upon delivery.
Do You Offer Discreet Shipping?
Yes. We’re not here to blow up your spot with flashy packaging. All of our orders are delivered in premium packaging to ensure your products, especially fragile glass pieces, stay intact.
However, our deliveries are always discreet and professional.
My Order Arrived Damaged or Didn’t Contain the Correct Items. Help?
No worries. Just contact us and we’ll get you taken care of. We’re proud of our shipping policies, so should something come up, just get in touch and we’ll get it worked out quickly.

What Is Your Return Policy?
You may return unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Contact us first so that we can get it set up.
