Shipping
Information:
All Packages will be shipped in a discrete
packaging. Most items will take 1 day for processing
and the customer will be notified of the tracking
number via an email once the package is shipped. If
you have questions regarding the status of your
order, you can contact Smoke Tokes at shipping@smoketokes.com.
All Domestic & International Packages will be
shipped via UPS.
Refund,
Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds are given for unsatisfactory products. You
must contact Smoke Tokes with in 3 days of receipt
of item. If the item is not up to the mark as stated
in the item's description, then the buyer is
eligible for a 100% refund including shipping costs.
If Buyer needs to returns an item due to any other
reason then only the purchase amount less a 15%
restocking fee will be refunded; However, the item must be in the same condition as it was sent to the buyer. In the case of an
exchange, buyer would be responsible for all
shipping and handling charges that may incur. All
packages will be provided with a tracking number.
Furthermore, Smoke Tokes is not responsible for
Custom Seizures on International Orders.
Product Warranty
All warranty
returns or exchanges
must have a RMA number
associated with it or it will not be accepted at our
